StopRSI Pro

Stop RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) by being reminded of when to take breaks while you work. Now with background notifications!
StopRSI features:
– dual timers for micro pauses and work breaks
– audio and vibration alerts to begin and end breaks
– adjustable break intervals and durations
– exercise recommendations
– background notifications (start a session and close the app – we’ll keep working)
StopRSI now works in the background on iOS 4. It’s simple:
1) Open app
2) Start work session
3) Close app
Notifications will be configured for the beginning and end of your micro pauses and work breaks for the next 8 hours. Want to stop the notifications? Just open the app and close the work session (tap the X in the top-left corner) and then close the app. All the notifications will be removed.
WARNING: Always use good judgement and consult your doctor before beginning any program of exercise.
NOTE: Vibration alerts are available only on the iPhone. 1st generation iPod touch users will need to have headphones or speakers plugged in to hear audio alerts.
BACKGROUND NOTE: Ringer must be turned up to hear notification tone. In either case a badge will appear on the home screen icon indicating how many seconds your break will last.

Fatigue Calculator Corporate‎

The Fatigue Calculator forecasts the likelihood of fatigue over a 24-hour period. Based on Prior Sleep Wake Algorithm, it is a international fatigue assessor that is legally and scientifically defensible; and is endorsed by Centre for Sleep Research and the University of South Australia.
This is the corporate version of the Fatigue Calculator and requires a user name and password from www.fatiguecalculator.com.au. Once you have registered, data can be sent to the listed email address and the Fatigue Manager reporting system. Registering usernames and passwords is $24.95. (Fatigue Manager reporting will be available mid-2011)
You can also download a version of the Fatigue Calculator that does not collect data for $4.99.
When used at the beginning of a work shift, the Fatigue Calculator will forecast what an individual’s fatigue score will be for their entire shift and commute home. This allows for planned management of fatigue in the workplace without negatively impacting on production or operations. The Fatigue Calculator is currently being used by corporations and governments all over the world including the United States Army, United Pacific Railroad, Queensland Rail, BHB Billiton and Qantas.
